Support and maintenance contracts are provided to publishers and not to third parties.
They cover the operation of the Writer and Viewer applications, and, where LockLizard are providing
the hosting service, the operation of the Administration system.
Where the Administration system is hosted by the publisher, a time and materials service may be agreed to cover those support requirements - contact sales for more information.
