| Licenses and hosting
- Administration systems are hosted on LockLizard servers unless stated otherwise.
- Annual licenses (1 year) including add-ons, are payable every year.
- Perpetual licenses (lifetime) are a one time payment. Hosting charges may apply.

Hosting charges apply where a customer has purchased a perpetual license AND is using LockLizard servers to host their administration system. The hosting charge is payable from year two onwards. - Basic hosting charge - $250
- Basic hosting charge for Enterprise PDF Security - $500
- Hosting ecommerce - additional $250
- Hosting command line - additional $200
